CHALLENGE 01 · COMMUNICATION · 4 MINUTES

DRAW WHAT I MEAN!

Think you're a good communicator? Let's find out.

Grab a partner, two pieces of paper, and something to draw with. One person secretly sketches a simple picture using five shapes. Then describe it so the other person can recreate it without ever seeing the original.

THE TWIST

Round one: no questions allowed. Round two: questions encouraged. Use a new drawing for the second round, then compare the results.

THINK ABOUT IT

What changed when communication became a two-way street?

CHALLENGE 02 · CREATIVE THINKING · 3 MINUTES

THE WORST IDEA EVER.

Sometimes the best ideas start out absolutely terrible.

Take 60 seconds to invent the world's worst team meeting. The more ridiculous, the better. Maybe it lasts seven hours. Maybe nobody can speak. Maybe every idea has to be sung.

Now take your favorite terrible idea and flip it. Is there a useful insight hiding inside the nonsense?

THINK ABOUT IT

What happens when you stop trying to have a good idea right away?

CHALLENGE 03 · PROBLEM-SOLVING · 3 MINUTES

ONE SHEET. BIG AMBITIONS.

How much can you do with almost nothing?

Take one sheet of ordinary paper and build the tallest freestanding tower you can. No tape, no scissors, no glue, no extra supplies.

THE TWIST

You have two minutes, and the tower has to stand on its own for ten seconds.

THINK ABOUT IT

Did you plan, experiment, improvise, or just start trying stuff? What would you do differently next time?

THAT'S THE IDEA.

Simple activity. Real insight. Imagine what we can do with a whole team and a little more time.

A LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA

YOU FOUND IT
#1

Three quick challenges.

A little thinking. A little doing. Maybe even a little learning.

Pick one. Try all three. No overthinking required.
