THE LINEUP / PROGRAM 01

UNITED,
UNTANGLED

UNLEASH YOUR TEAM POWER.

Great teams don't just happen. And working together doesn't necessarily mean you're working well together.

Every team has its strengths, quirks, habits, and occasional knots. Some bring people closer together. Others get in the way.

UNITED, UNTANGLED gets people moving, thinking, laughing, and tackling hands-on challenges that reveal how their team really operates. Through purposeful activities and guided reflection, participants explore trust, communication, collaboration, and the sometimes messy dynamics of working together.

The goal isn't to convince everyone that they're one big happy family. It's to help people better understand themselves, each other, and what it takes to make their team work. No forced fun. No cheesy trust falls. Just meaningful challenges, honest reflection, and some surprising discoveries about what makes a team tick.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • The difference between a group of people and an actual team.
  • Individual strengths, shared strengths, and the value of differences.
  • Communication, trust, and the habits that help or hinder collaboration.
  • How teams approach challenges, navigate conflict, and make decisions.
  • Practical opportunities to work better together.

Get untangled. Get connected. Get better together.

THE BIG IDEA

THE LINEUP / PROGRAM 02

SAY WHAT?

IT'S NOT JUST WHAT YOU SAY.

Ever walked away from a conversation convinced you were perfectly clear,

only to discover the other person heard something completely different?

Welcome to communication. It's a wonderfully complicated thing.

SAY WHAT? goes beyond the usual advice about listening carefully and choosing your words. We explore the whole messy business of communicating: what gets said, how it's delivered, when and where it happens, why it matters, and what actually lands on the receiving end. Through interactive challenges, real-world situations, and a few communication curveballs, participants discover how easily messages get tangled and what they can do about it.

Because good communication isn't just about getting your point across.

It's about creating shared understanding.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • What happens between sending a message and receiving it.
  • The influence of timing, context, delivery, and assumptions.
  • Listening to understand rather than simply preparing to respond.
  • How different communication styles shape interactions.
  • Practical ways to make communication more intentional and effective.

THE BIG IDEA

Communication isn't what you say. It's what actually gets through.

THE LINEUP / PROGRAM 03

CHALLENGE
CAMP

GET COMFORTABLE
BEING UNCOMFORTABLE.

What happens when the challenge gets bigger, the answers aren't obvious, and your usual way of doing things just isn't cutting it?

That's where things get interesting.

CHALLENGE CAMP puts participants into the thick of it through a progression of increasingly demanding, hands-on challenges. Along the way, people discover how they respond to uncertainty, approach unfamiliar problems, make decisions, engage with others, and manage the space between what they know they can do and what they might be capable of doing.

But this isn't about pushing people over the edge or creating artificial pressure for the sake of it. It's about recognizing where our edges are, understanding what happens when we approach them, and discovering new possibilities for moving forward.

Expect some surprises, a little frustration, plenty of creative thinking, and a good deal of discovery.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • How people respond when challenges stretch their current capabilities.
  • The relationship between comfort, challenge, risk, and growth.
  • Approaches to complex problems without obvious solutions.
  • Decision-making, adaptability, and collaboration under pressure.
  • Recognizing and navigating personal and collective edges.

THE BIG IDEA

Growth happens when challenge meets possibility.

THE LINEUP / PROGRAM 04

FINISH LINE FIRST

DO WE HAVE STRATEGY?

What if the best place to start planning is at the finish line?

Strategy doesn't have to mean endless meetings, complicated frameworks, impressive diagrams, or another document that collects dust.

FINISH LINE FIRST turns traditional planning on its head. We start with the destination. What are we really trying to accomplish? What would success actually look like? How will we know when we've arrived?

Then we work backward, identifying the critical conditions, decisions, priorities, and steps that will move us toward that future. But this isn't simply reverse engineering. It's about bringing people together, making the most of their collective intelligence, and creating a shared understanding of where they're going and why.

It's strategic thinking without the unnecessary overhead. Clear direction without the corporate fog.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • Defining a meaningful and specific picture of success.
  • Distinguishing real outcomes from activities and intentions.
  • Working backward to identify what must happen along the way.
  • Recognizing critical choices, obstacles, and dependencies.
  • Building shared clarity, alignment, and strategic direction.

THE BIG IDEA

Start with the finish line. Leave knowing what to do next.

THE LINEUP / PROGRAM 05

WHAT THE HECK ARE WE THINKING?

THINK DIFFERENTLY. DO SOMETHING WITH IT.

We spend an awful lot of time thinking at work. But how often do we think about how we're thinking?

Same meetings. Same questions. Same approaches. Sometimes, unsurprisingly, the same results.

WHAT THE HECK ARE WE THINKING? shakes up the way people generate ideas, explore challenges, make connections, and figure things out.

Participants get hands-on with a collection of creative and practical thinking tools that help challenge assumptions, open new perspectives, sort through complexity, and move from scattered ideas toward meaningful possibilities. Some tools will feel immediately familiar. Others might seem a little strange at first. That's part of the fun.

This isn't about becoming more creative in some abstract sense.

It's about developing new ways to approach the actual work sitting in front of you.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • Recognizing habitual thinking patterns and assumptions.
  • Tools for generating, expanding, and evaluating ideas.
  • Making connections between seemingly unrelated information.
  • Organizing complex problems and competing possibilities.
  • Selecting and using the right thinking tools for different situations.

THE BIG IDEA

Better thinking isn't an accident. It's something we can practice.

THE LINEUP / PROGRAM 06

WE NEED A PLAN!

ENOUGH TALK.
LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN.

You know what you're trying to accomplish. Now what?

You've discussed the possibilities, debated the options, and maybe even agreed on a direction.

Terrific. Now somebody has to make it happen.

WE NEED A PLAN! is where ideas and intentions start turning into coordinated action.

Forget bloated frameworks, endless to-do lists, and planning exercises that produce more questions than answers. This is a practical working session designed to help people organize their efforts, establish priorities, assign meaningful ownership, and build a plan they can actually use.

We'll work through what needs to happen, what comes first, who needs to be involved, where things might get stuck, and how to keep the whole thing moving.

By the end, you're not just talking about having a plan. You've started building one together.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • Translating goals into practical actions and deliverables.
  • Establishing priorities, sequencing, and realistic milestones.
  • Clarifying responsibilities and genuine ownership.
  • Identifying dependencies, resources, and potential roadblocks.
  • Creating simple ways to track progress and maintain momentum.

THE BIG IDEA

Less talking about what we're going to do. More clarity about who's doing what, how, and when.

THE LINEUP / PROGRAM 07

APPRECIATE THE PROCESS(ing)

BEYOND THE DEBRIEF.
MAKE EVERY EXPERIENCE COUNT.

An activity ends. Someone asks, "So, what did we learn?"

A few people answer. Everyone moves on. Sound familiar?

We can do better than that.

APPRECIATE THE PROCESS(ing) explores one of the most powerful—and frequently overlooked—parts of learning, team development, facilitation, and organizational work: how we help people make meaning from what they do. Purposeful processing isn't just something that happens after an activity. It begins before the action starts, continues while things are unfolding, and helps people connect what happened to what comes next.

Through hands-on activities, practical techniques, and plenty of opportunities to practice, participants discover how to turn ordinary moments into meaningful opportunities for reflection, discovery, learning, and application.

Because a great activity can be memorable. But meaningful processing can make it matter.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPLORE

  • The full cycle of purposeful processing—before, during, and after.
  • Preparing participants to notice, question, and make meaning.
  • Asking better questions and facilitating meaningful reflection.
  • Making connections between activities and real-world situations.
  • Translating insights into learning, decisions, and action.

THE BIG IDEA

It's not just what we do that matters. It's what we make of it.

SOMETHING ELSE IN MIND?

THE LINEUP IS JUST THE BEGINNING.

These seven offerings are ready to roll, but they're hardly the only ways we help people and organizations make things happen.

Sometimes you need something different. A bigger challenge. A new direction. A project that doesn't fit neatly into a program description.

That's where THE POSSIBILITIES come in.

READY TO GET SOMETHING MOVING?

Pick a program that catches your eye, or tell us what you're trying to accomplish. We'll take it from there.
